Thank you so much for the quick response! I had a completely flat tire and was worried about if my rims were still usable, but they were at my house within an hour of me calling, inspected my rims, and installed my spare tire for an extremely reasonable price! My car went from flat to back to normal and driving at the comfort of my home and within an hour of contacting! Doesn’t beat that :) Thank you again for being thorough, friendly, and professional!

Mechanical came with manual tool to replace my tire rather than an electric tool(impact wrench). Somehow one of my lug nuts ended up rounded (which I believed to have come from them as I had no previous issue with it and was just at dealership couple months prior for issue on this tire). Then he attempted to use a lug nut remover in which he grabbed the electric tool for but didn’t start with originally but without asking me or advising of next steps or what a lug nut remover would do outside of normal tire replacement. When speaking to supervisor his first initial reaction was to be confrontational and argumentative rather than listening to the customer complaints in which I didn’t want anything for the complication besides my refund for the incomplete services and to give my review of the situation. He did work to get me a same day refund rather than a 3-5 business days which I appreciated but doesn’t take away from the first initial experience with requesting my refund and giving my account and review of what happened

I called after reading the other reviews and I have to say everyone was right. Very professional, friendly, and was done in less than an hour. I'll definitely be keeping their number for next time my tires blowout. A+ service.

Fast, professional and worth every penny. Walked out the door to a flat tire otw to work but made it to a near by gas station and these guys came to service my car with no issues. Sent full payment prior to even meeting them since I had to leave and catch an uber to get to a client and no problems they got the job done it was already finished within an hour! Would refer and recommend to anyone.
